The listing portal is the heart of Stock Vertical.

No more typing the same product into three seller dashboards. Fill in one form in Stock Vertical and it publishes the product to your website, Amazon and eBay together, with the right title, photos and details for each. Editing a live product works the same way, and only the changes you tick are sent.

Stop guessing how much to reorder

Stock Vertical works out what to order and when. It looks at how fast each product sells, how long your supplier takes to deliver, and how many months of stock you want to hold. Then it tells you which products to order now and exactly how many.

Built in a working shop

Stock Vertical was built by a UK online retailer to run its own stock across Shopify, Amazon and eBay. It has run that shop's stock live since October 2026.

List once, not three times

Add a product in the portal and it appears on your website, Amazon and eBay, saving the time of listing it three times over.

No more overselling

The last one in stock can only be sold once, wherever the customer finds it.

Runs around the clock

It works on its own server, so stock keeps updating whether or not anyone is logged in.

Questions

Common questions

Do I still need to list on Amazon and eBay myself?

No. You create the listing once in the Stock Vertical portal and it publishes to your website, Amazon and eBay for you. Each channel can have its own title, price and photos.

Can I change a listing after it's live?

Yes. Open the product in the portal, make your changes, and on the last step pick which differences to send. Only the changes you tick go to each channel.

How does it know how much to reorder?

It works out how many of each product you sell a month, checks how long your stock will last, and compares that with your supplier's delivery time. You set how many months of stock you want to hold, and it tells you the exact quantity to order.

Which channels does it work with?

Shopify, Amazon and eBay. Your Shopify store holds the master stock count, and Amazon and eBay are kept in line with it.

What about Amazon FBA stock?

Stock Vertical only syncs products you send yourself. Products fulfilled by Amazon are left alone, because Amazon already manages that stock.

I sell some items only on Amazon or eBay. Are they covered?

Yes. Those items are added to Shopify as hidden products, so they have a master count without appearing in your web shop.

Do I need to keep a computer switched on?

No. Stock Vertical runs online around the clock and updates stock as sales come in, day or night.

How is profit worked out?

For each sale it takes off the cost price, the channel's fees and the postage. If you are VAT registered, it takes off the VAT on the sale and allows for the VAT you claim back on postage and fees.
